1. About these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of Pin Pal Pro, a route-operations software service operated by Grant Claridge, trading as Pin Pal Pro ("Pin Pal Pro", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Pin Pal Pro provides tools for managing organisations, depots, routes, drops, delivery information, verified location pins, operational submissions, notices and related workflow. Features available to you may depend on your plan, role and organisation configuration.
The service is intended to support operational decision-making. Users remain responsible for safe driving, legal compliance, checking route conditions and following employer or customer procedures.
3. Accounts and authorised users
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and use the service only through access legitimately granted to you. Organisation owners and administrators are responsible for the users they invite and for assigning appropriate roles and depot access.
You must not attempt to access another organisation, depot, account or dataset without authorisation, bypass security controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, interfere with availability, or use the service unlawfully.
4. Subscriptions, plans and payment
Paid plans are billed on the cycle and at the price shown at checkout. Plan limits can include limits on members, depots, routes, drops, Pin Collectors or other features. We may prevent actions that would exceed the limits of the active plan.
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for paid Pin Pal Pro purchases. This means Paddle processes the sale, payment, applicable taxes, invoice or receipt and relevant payment administration. Your checkout and receipt may also be subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Unless a checkout or written agreement expressly says otherwise, subscriptions renew for successive billing periods until cancelled. Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not normally end access before the already-paid period expires.
5. Refunds and statutory rights
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and any mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Customer and user data
You and your organisation remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and suitability of information entered into the service. You must have the necessary authority to upload or manage personal, operational or location information relating to other people or businesses.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, copy, process, back up and transmit that data solely to operate, secure and improve the service and to meet legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control may affect access. We may change or improve features, provided we do not intentionally remove a material paid capability without reasonable justification.
8. Intellectual property
Pin Pal Pro, its software, interface, branding and service content are owned by or licensed to us, excluding customer data and third-party material. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable subscription or authorised access period.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, non-payment, material breach of these terms or legal compliance. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls or purchase support process.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses caused by inaccurate customer-entered data, third-party services, network failures or use of the service contrary to instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes relating to these terms.
12. Contact and changes
We may update these terms to reflect service, security, legal or commercial changes. The revision date is shown at the top of this page. For questions about these terms, use the support contact available in Pin Pal Pro or the contact details supplied with your Paddle purchase.
