1. Merchant of Record
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for paid Pin Pal Pro purchases. Paddle processes the payment, applicable taxes, receipts and eligible refunds. Refund requests may therefore be handled through Paddle's buyer support process as well as through Pin Pal Pro support.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time using the available billing controls or purchase-support process. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless a refund is approved or mandatory law requires otherwise, access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
3. When a refund may be available
We will consider refund requests fairly, including where:
- you were charged more than once for the same subscription period;
- a payment was taken after a cancellation should already have taken effect;
- the purchased service could not be provided because of a confirmed service fault;
- the charge was unauthorised, subject to appropriate verification;
- applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancel or receive a refund.
4. Change-of-mind requests
If you change your mind, submit the request as soon as possible. Eligibility depends on the circumstances, how much of the service has been used, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and any statutory cancellation rights that apply to you. We do not use this policy to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
5. How to request a refund
Use the support contact available in Pin Pal Pro, the contact details on your purchase receipt, or Paddle's buyer support channel. Include the email address used for the purchase, the transaction or receipt reference where available, and a short explanation of the request. Do not send full payment-card details.
6. Processing approved refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Bank and card processing times vary, so the funds may take additional time to appear after a refund has been issued.
7. Subscription access after a refund
Where a full refund is issued for a subscription period, paid-plan access may end or revert to the applicable free or inactive state. We may preserve account and operational data for the retention period described in our Privacy Policy unless deletion is requested and can lawfully be completed.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. If a mandatory legal rule gives you more favourable cancellation or refund rights than this policy, that legal rule will apply.
